My 12-year-old son recently had procedure here, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Every visit, from the initial consultation through the surgery and follow-up, was incredibly efficient. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Aziz was both professional and personable. I highly recommend this office!

Like most people I am nervous getting dental work done. Dr. Aziz did my extraction which was pain free and he explained what was happening through the whole experience. He was very kind and gentle and it was over before I knew it. He even made a follow up call(rare nowadays) to make sure there were no issues.The whole staff is very nice. I will refer friends and family to him. Awesome oral surgeon.

I was 10 minutes late to my appointment and the dentist had already left for a personal doctors appointment. I was in contact with the office prior to arriving and they still asked me to come in. Was she planning on doing my extraction within 10 minutes? I have no more openings in my equally busy schedule for months away. The difference is that in my field, unlike Dr. Ganne, I cannot leave my patients for last minute personal reasons. I had already taken 3 days of prophylactic antibiotics (which is not at all evidence based) asked off for the next 3 days for recovery and scheduled to have someone drive me home after sedatives. Thankfully I had not already taken the sedative that was prescribed prior to arrival. From a fellow healthcare provider, this is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I will certainly not be referring any patients to this office and will spread the word to my colleagues. There are plenty of other oral surgeons in the area that probably have a higher standard of professionalism and commitment to their patients.

I was referred to Dr Ganne for a tooth extraction. I was very nervous, as I had a previous extraction experience that was horrible. I have osteoporosis and take medication for that, so it is more complicated. When I first met with Dr Ganne, she answered all my questions and gave me a sense of trust in her. She calmed my fears and gave me peace of mind. The extraction itself was nothing like my prior experience. It was efficient, calm, and painless. Both Dr Ganne & her assistant re-directed my attention and, before I knew it, the extraction was done. The entire staff in the office were pleasant, helpful, and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend Dr. Ganne and Sai Oral Surgery.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My son had a great experience with Dr. Sravanthi Ganne at SAI Oral Surgery. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and made him feel comfortable from the moment he walked in. She took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions with patience. The procedure was smooth, and her gentle approach really helped ease his anxiety. The staff was also very friendly and organized, which made the whole visit stress-free. I highly recommend Dr. Ganne to anyone looking for a skilled and caring oral surgeon!
